Сверление отверстий с плоским дном / For flat bottom inserts / Pour plaquettes fond plat

Пластины для сверления отверстий с плоским дном производятся в исполнении с
материалом HSS5.
Все базовые варианты применения данных пластин применимы для систем сверле-
ния со с стандартной длиной рабочей части.
The Flat Bottom Inserts are available in grade HSS5 only.
The basic application is to drill the bottom of a hole (e.g. for screw countersinks). It is
advisable to use holders of the standard length only.

Lapplication de base est le perage dun trou fond plat. Il est recommand dutiliser
des porte-outils de longueur standard.
В случае рассверливания, можно применять копуса средней серии. При этом разница
между диаметром предварительного и рассверливаемого отверстия не должна быть
более чем размер стружколома по углам пластины.
If counterboring only up to intermediate length holders should be used. It is necessary
that the difference between the pre-existing hole and the counterbore diametre is bigger
than the size of the cornerclips of the insert. The lead is nearly the same than the pre-
existing hole.
En cas de contre-perage, nutiliser que des porte-outils de longueur courte
intermdiaire. Il est ncessaire que la diffrence entre le diamtre de prperage et le
diamtre de contre-perage soit suprieure au rayon de pointe de la plaquette.
Сверление без предварительного отверстия возможно только на легкообрабатывае-
мых материалах (таких как алюминий, легкообрабатываемые стали).
При этом возможно применять только корпуса короткой серии.
To drill into solid it is only possible with limitations and easy to machine workpiece mate-
rials (e.g. aluminium and free machining steel). Short length holders should only be
used.
Il est possible de percer dans le plein, mais avec certaines restrictions et dans des
matriaux faciles usiner comme laluminium ou les aciers de dcolletage. Il est recom-
mand dutiliser des porte-outils courts.
