Im Auslieferungszustand ist das hintere Ge-
winde am Austreiblappen und das Gewinde
am Khlmittelringsitz durch Verschlussschrau-
ben mit Innensechskant verschlossen. Je nach
gewnschter Khlmitteloption an der Maschi-
ne knnen Sie entsprechend den Khlmittel-
fluss bestimmen.
At first delivery, the tool is set up with a hexagon
socket screw for coolant option “through tang”.
A secound screw close the thread at the rotary
coolant ring. According to machine requirements
select the coolant supply.
Alla consegna, l’utensile viene fornito per l’uso
“attraverso il corpo”. Un grano chiude il passag-
gio per l’anello refrigerante ed un secondo grano
chiude il passaggio dal cono. I grani possono
venire spostati per l’uso richiesto.

Resistenza all’usura e Tenacit
Hartmetall ist gegenber den HSS-Sorten sehr
veschleifest, zugleich aber auch bruchemp-
findlich (siehe Abb.). Daher empfehlen wir den
Einsatz von Hartmetallen nur unter stabilen
Schnittbedingungen (kurze Bohrtiefen, stabile
Spannung, gute Spanbildung).
As you can see, carbide against HSS-grades
are very wear resistant, but also brittle.
We recommend the use of carbide only under
stable cutting conditions (short drill depths,
rigid clamping, good chip formation).

Come si pu notare I metalli duri rispetto agli
HSS hanno molta pi resistenza all’usura ma
sono pi fragili. Si raccomanda I’utilizzo die
metalli duri solamente in abbinamento a stabili
condizioni di lavorazione (fori corti, fissaggi
rigidi, buona formazione di truciolo).
