(1) Без подточки

Подходят для сверл общего применения. Благодаря малой толщине перемычки
подточка не требуется. Конструкция без подточки применяется в свёрлах для
обработки мягких сталей, легированных сталей, чугуна, нержавеющих сталей,
титана, жаропрочных никелевых сплавов и т.д., а также при обработке на обычных
режимах резания.
Suitable for drill of general purpose. Due to thin web thickness, web thinning is not nee-
ded. This type is applied for soft steel, alloyed steels, cast iron, stainless steel, titanium,
inconell, etc.and conventional cutting conditons.
Lme tant relativement fine, un amincissement de lme nest pas ncessaire. Adapt
lusinage de lacier, des alliages dacier, de la fonte, de lacier fin, du titane, de linco-
nel, dans des conditions dusinage classiques.
(2) Подточка типа C по DIN1412
Type C thinning (DIN1412 Form C, split point)
Afftage en croix, DIN1412 Type C
Подточка перемычки со сведением режущих кромок в точку позволяет добиться
лучшего центрирования и стружкоудаления при сверлении. Применяются для
высокопроизводительного сверления закалённых сталей, титановых сплавов,
нержавеющих сталей, жаропрочных никелевых сплавов и т.д.
Because split point enables good centering when drilling and breaks the chips, chip
removals is easy. Suitable drill design in high hardened tough materials, i.e, heat trea-
ted steel, titanium alloy, stainless steel, incoroy inconell, nimonic, etc.

Винтовая подточка перемычки, плавно переходящая в главную режущую кромку,
уменьшает пиковые нагрузки и обеспечивает свободный сход стружки по всей
ширине резания. Сверло с такой подточкой обладает отличным самоцентрированием.
Helical thinning ensure to frequent chip breaking and removal. The different direction
force of cutting edges and helical thinning parts enables that chips curl, break and remo-
ve through the flutes. In addition, helical thinning makes the chip room up to center,
remove the chisel and enables good centering.
Lamincissement hlicodal permet une bonne rupture et une bonne vacuation du
copeau et favorise un bon centrage du foret.
(4) Подточка типа A по DIN1412
Type A thinning (DIN1412 Form A)
Amincissement de lme avec afftage en pointe Type A (DIN 1412)
При использовании этого типа подточки образуется тонкая поперечная режущая
кромка, обеспечивающая хорошее стружкоудаление и центрирование. Этот тип
подточки вышлифовывается проще всего. За счёт узкой перемычки и широких
стружечных канавок сохраняется стабильность и плавное стружкоудаление.
A type thinnings makes thin chisel, good chip removal and favorable centering. This type
is the easiest type to grind the thinning. In narrow web and wid fluted drills, keeping of
the rigidity and smooth chip removal are possible.

lvacuation du copeau. Ce type dafftage est ais. Une me plus mince et une hlice
plus large favorisent la stabilit.
